How it works

Once your startup has been approved, a 90-day technical validation period will begin.

During this onboarding period, you will:

  • Receive up to $25,000 USD in infrastructure credits to test Equinix Metal
  • Have access to "white glove" support, including shared Slack channels
  • Engage in monthly check-ins with our partnerships and engineering teams

At the end of the validation period, we’ll identify an ongoing credit allocation and set up a quarterly business review (QBR) pulse for bi-directional feedback. We’ll also:

  • Support you technically
  • Provide access to our product roadmap
  • Identify marketing and business development opportunities

The Equinix Metal Startup Partner program is focused on building relationships and giving back. We focus on technologies that impact our business: languages, operating systems, networking, cloud native and related stacks.

If you’re an existing contracted customer of Equinix or Equinix Metal, please chat with your sales representive before applying.
